This bright spacious 550 sq ft one bedroom loft garage apartment with private entrance is situated on a luxury 3-acre lake front estate. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows that have spectacular views of the lake and secluded nature preserve lands.
This fully furnished apartment has a European style bedroom with Queen sleigh bed, walk-in shower, sink and private toilet area. The open kitchen, dinning and sitting area with floor to ceiling windows and the vaulted ceiling creates a spacious experience regardless of where you sit. the kitchen is furnished with most everything you will need including full fridge/freezer, microwave, air fry/toaster oven, hot plate, blender, coffee maker, kettle, and more. You will have access to the Weber propane BBQ. The heat pump provides ultimate climate control all year round while the propane fireplace brings beautiful ambience into the space. Connectivity is important and the property is fully equipped with Fibre-Op High Speed internet throughout the entire property.
This loft apartment is often rented to mature students from Sept to May so winter bookings are often limited.

No Pet Policy
While we love our 4 legged friends the residual of hair and mostly sand they track in requires us enforce this unfortunate policy.

Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Booking & Cleaning fee
A service fee is required when booking through our online service providers. This fee can be waived if you make an electronic transfer to the owners.
We take exceptional pride in our property and go to great lengths to ensure it is guest ready. Guests who DO NOT adhere to the basic property departure terms will be charged an additional $250.00 dollar fee.
