Our family has had so many memorable experiences and developed so many wonderful family traditions at our Beach House. As the kids age, traditions become more important but the frequency to stay becomes selective and more precious. Ebbsfleet Beach House will always be in our families traditions and I hope it becomes one of yours! This 4,000+ square foot beachfront home, with six bedrooms sleeps 15 privately, 17 semi-privately, is situated on a secluded sandy beach with private cut out and stunning ocean to sky views.

Policies
Tax Policy
Whether we like it or not, taxes for the sheriff are a necessary evil. Our HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) rate is 15%.
Security Deposit
$1,200 due upon lease signing (returned within 2 weeks post rental, upon guest departure property inspection).
Cancellation Policy
| 100% refundable | If cancelled more than 90 days prior to rental start date, minus a $250 admin fee |
| 50% refundable | If cancelled 90 – 60 days prior to rental start date |
| Non-refundable | If cancelled less than 60 days prior to rental start date |
*Cancellation rate may differ based on the platform, but we are typically following strict cancellation policies.
No Pet Policy
While we love our 4 legged friends the residual of hair and mostly sand they track in requires us enforce this unfortunate policy.
Maximum occupancy
Maximum 19 guests, $25 will be charged per every additional guest per night up to a max of $150 per week.

Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Booking & Cleaning fee
A service fee is required when booking through our online service providers. This fee can be waived if you make an electronic transfer to the owners.
We take exceptional pride in our property and go to great lengths to ensure it is guest ready. Guests who DO NOT adhere to the basic property departure terms will be charged an additional $250.00 dollar fee.
